At City Magnolia, we understand that the experience begins before the treatment. That's why we've created an environment that allows you to begin relaxing the minute you step through our doors. The lighting, music, aromas and decor are all designed to assist you in achieving a state of peaceful relaxation. We invite you to visit us and experience the difference.

Pampering
The moment you arrive, you're offered a warm herbal neck wrap, and can choose from a variety of hot herbal teas, or lemon water. After you've changed into a plush robe and comfortable sandals, you'll wait for your therapist in our "Magnolia Room", which also has lemon water and a variety of healthy snacks.
We begin every body and facial treatment with a breathing exercise with aromatherapy. Our heated tables and soft music will keep you relaxed for the duration of your treatment. We schedule our appointments far enough apart so you can take some extra time to yourself after your service. Once you've left the room, you're given an aromatherapy hand towel and fresh glass of water.

Privacy

We respect your privacy, and understand that the more assured you are that your modesty will be protected, the faster you can relax and we can do our work more effectively. That's why we created an environment that accommodates different levels of privacy. We offer separate men's and women's locker rooms with private shower in each. Additionally, all clients are fully draped during their service. And our nail care rooms are semi-private, ensuring other clients' conversations don't interrupt your experience.

Personal Service
Our services are not 'one size fits all'. They are designed to meet each client's individual needs. Before you arrive, we prepare an individual robe and sandals sized for you. We offer you a locker to securely store your things while you are having your services done.
During the service, we adjust the room the way you want it. All of our body and facial rooms have heated tables for those clients who prefer a warmer treatment. We also have adjustable volume in every room, so you can enjoy the music, or turn it off.
After your treatment, you can take advantage of the toiletries and products in our showers: both our men's and women's locker rooms are equipped with botanical shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, razors, deodorant, hair products and brushes.
